About the Actor
Dave Whitley is a professional performing strongman and student of old-time physical culture based in Nashville TN. His primary focus is to link the elements of modern movement science and old-school movement practice. He is a CK-FMS, a Master instructor in the RKC program with Pavel and Dragon Door, and is the author of several fitness-related DVDs. He owns and operates Nashville Kettlebell, Tennessee’s largest kettlebell facility and longest-running kettlebell program. He has worked extensively with several high school, college and professional athletic organizations, including Vanderbilt University.
